Support Our Critical Pavement & Accessibility Projects at the Farm – Donate $500 Today!
When you parked today, did you trip on the gravel? Were there clearly marked parking lot lines? Did we have enough handicap or van-accessible parking? Where do the school buses know where to park? We need your help to make essential upgrades to our parking lot, entrances, and access points throughout the farm.
The total cost of this critical pavement project is $169,000. Your $500 donation will directly support the paving of our parking lot, creating accessible concrete ramps into every building, and ensuring we have proper drainage to avoid flooding on rainy days. Currently, ice buildup on the stone millings makes it impossible to snow plow, turning our lot into an ice rink in the winter. Proper pavement will ensure safer access year-round!
Accessibility isn’t just about wheelchairs – it’s for everyone, including those who use walkers or have mobility challenges.
But that’s not all! As part of our Pave the Way Campaign, we’re building an exciting new feature: a 1-mile accessible trail around the farm, called the "Path to Learning." This trail will include educational nature-based activity stations and give full access to all 25 acres of the farm. Imagine walking, rolling, or even rollerblading through this beautiful space! We need your support to bring these plans to life before the snow falls. Your contribution will help us create more opportunities, expand our Farm Fit program, and make the farm a welcoming place for everyone.
